QNJAC Occupational Health Information Sheet 2 gives guidance as to what to do where risk assessment has shown there to be risk(s) to work-related health. Where suitable techniques exist, Health Surveillance can identify symptoms of adverse health effects and also provides a check on the effectiveness of controls.
